Location was good it was near the conference I had to attend and not too far from the city centre by train. The last day my checkout was at 12PM and my flight only that night at 9h30PM. Koustoutinoj, one of the staff members at reception, was very kind to give me a room to shower before my flight. This was exceeding my expectations and I am very thankful for this guesture. I will reccommend Des Roses Hotel to anyone.

Breakfast was very basic, so we ate out a lot.Thankfully the area is great, so there were a lot of options. We had some medical issues & Konstin, the staff member on the desk at night helped us massively, advising on the correct emergency ward to go to, ringing them beforehand to check & booking us a taxi. Staff in genreal were excellent & we had a really nice stay.

The whole staff, including all shifts of the reception personal, cleaning ladies and breakfast ladies were extremely polite, helpful & professional. Everyone was more than happy to accommodate with any question or request you had, overall the staff on all levels were amazing… excellent customer service !!!

We came in on a late flight and needed a place to sleep for the night so booked this hotel. Staff were nice and friendly quickly got our key when we arrived. Rooms are pretty small but the room did the trick….they were also nice and clean. If you are staying for longer, the location is great in Kifisia.

The location is excellent. The hotel is 'no frills" but provides everything you need. I felt very safe, the bed was extremely comfortable and everything was spotless. Good value for money and I would certainly go back.
